Top Milwaukee area GC seeks a highly skilled project manager to work on large scale projects in the commercial, multifamily, and education sectors. Client Details My client is a $250-300M general contractor that self-preforms most of their trade work. They specialize in multi-family, senior living, and education projects over $20M but they also do various other commercial projects. They approach construction in an organized and methodical way, but make a point to make every employee feel valued. Overview : Project Locations - All Milwaukee area Family oriented culture with employee tenure of over 11 years Solid leadership out of top general contractors Hands off management approach Great relationships with subcontractors Strong pipeline of projects through 2025 Description Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports, and adjust cost estimates as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or budget. Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope.
