Job Description:
My client is looking for an personable and laid-back
superintendent. They have been in the industry for 75 years and
their portfolio is comprised of light commercial projects. This is
a great opportunity for a superintendent looking for the chance to
grow in role and title in a laid back culture. Client Details Our

execution for light commercial projects. They have a proven track
record in the construction industry and have become one of the top
integrated designers/general contractors in the Madison Area. Quick

to support the team No micromanagement superintendents run their
sites Self-preform concrete and carpentry Report into the general
superintendent; he is a very laid back guy Strong compensation

projects and future pipeline in 2023 Description Understand project
specifications and the contract's general conditions to confirm all
materials and subcontract work comply with those specifications
Execute schedule and communicate on progress with project managers
and owners Organize, coordinate, and supervise the work of the
Foreman and employees on the job site Prioritize and assign work
activities among employees according to deadlines, abilities,
and/or specialized training Manage labor costs for the project
Ensure employees are trained on work standards, their duties, job
site rules, and safety standards Complete and maintain project
documents including equipment maintenance reports, activity logs,
safety reports and time keeping records. Inspect job site day to
day to ensure conformity to specifications of contract Manage
employee performance and conduct Make site meets all health and
safety standards Ensure a smooth project closeout process by
finalizing, demobilizing all resources, and transitioning project
to the owner along with the Project Manager Profile Associate
Degree in Construction Management or similar field, or a Journeyman
status in a building trade, or a combination of high school diploma
with relevant experience and related certifications Minimum 5 years
of experience in the construction industry on projects larger than
5M Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience. Knowledge of a
wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques. Must
be capable of reading and comprehending blueprints and
specifications for institutional, commercial and industrial
projects. Ability to develop Relationships with key stakeholder,
such as owners, subcontractors, project managers, field employees
Solid understanding of project cost analysis. Proficiency with
spreadsheets, Email and other software used in the construction
industry. Ability to travel and work in remote locations. Job Offer
