the manufacturing industry, is looking for an energetic, ambitious,
and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team on a
permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for
driving sales, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong
customer relationships within a designated territory. This role
offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment,

advancement. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic
sales plans tailored to the specific characteristics and potential
of the assigned territory. 2. Drive sales of our manufacturing,
packaging, and equipment solutions, consistently meeting or
exceeding sales targets. 3. Identify new business opportunities,
initiate business development activities, negotiate and close
business deals. 4. Maintain a deep understanding of our product
range and the benefits they offer to customers. 5. Develop strong,
long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs
and providing tailored solutions. 6. Provide accurate sales
forecasts and territory analysis to senior management. 7.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure
our product offerings remain competitive. 8. Provide exceptional
after-sales service, handling any issues or complaints in a
professional and timely manner. 9. Stay abreast of industry trends,
market activities, and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as
needed. 10. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for
sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in
packaging or machinery sales. 2. Demonstrable experience in
business development, territory management, and meeting sales
targets. 3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, packaging
solutions, and equipment. 4. Excellent negotiation and closing
skills. 5. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to
build and maintain strong relationships with customers. 6.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability
to effectively convey complex information to a variety of
audiences. 7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to
interpret sales data and market trends, and adjust strategies
accordingly. 8. Proficiency in using sales management software and
CRM systems. 9. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field is preferred. 10. Ability to travel frequently within
