My client, one of the nations most respected contractors, is actively searching for a local Wisconsin superintendent. Client Details My client is one of the most well respected and renowned construction firms operating in the multifamily space. While they have multiple offices, they are currently looking for a superintendent to do work solely for their location in Milwaukee. Top 100 ENR Contractor Top 15 Multifamily builder in the nation Specializes in multifamily while also doing projects in senior living and light industrial sectors $350m a year in annual revenue Prioritize promoting from within the company Description Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. Schedule Management : Ensure projects adhere to timelines and milestones. Quality Control : Monitor workmanship and materials to meet standards. Safety Enforcement : Enforce safety protocols and regulations. Budget Supervision : Control costs and expenses within project parameters. Team Coordination : Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel effectively. Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records and progress reports. Problem Solving : Address issues that arise during construction promptly. Safety Leadership : Promote and enforce a culture of safety, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
