Job Description:

Our client, a lighting manufacturing company based in Middleton, MA, is seeking a temporary to hire Project/Client Associate to join their team! This role is onsite in Middleton, MA, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying between $27-28/hr. Candidates with extensive customer service skills are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration! Primary Responsibilities , including but not limited to: Act as primary operations group contact for customers. Provide product availability and lead time information. Direct advanced issues to appropriate department. Process sales orders from the project portal using the ERP software. Review to ensure all information is accurate for proper fulfillment. Interface with sales or engineering to resolve any issues. Establish Estimated Ship Date (ESD) from Supply Chain reports. Work with manufacturing team to monitor made products, determine lead times, communicate to customer. Understand customer requirements and provide order confirmations, notating special requirements for the specific project. Monitor and review all open orders on a weekly basis to ensure ESD is met, notify customer of any delays. Work with shipping on logistic issues, alert customers on tracking information. Manage key customer weekly report of open orders. Understand and handle No Charge Sample process, keep sales informed of sample order release. Understand and follow RMA/RGA process for all project orders, alert product manager as to defective product returns. Attend product training and workshops to maintain product knowledge. Bring unresolved issues to the attention of Director, Project Operations.
