Core Values: Honesty and Humility Company Overview: Annual revenue approx. $30M Project variety currently mainly multifamily, light commercial, and tenant improvement Approx. 20 people at this time All local projects Project sizes are mainly between $100k and $10M Description Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Job Offer Base salary of $90-$115K, based on experience Yearly bonus up to 10% of base salary Yearly profit sharing up to additional 10% of base salary Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match 3 weeks PTO Federal Holidays and much more!
