Senior Accountant of External Reporting Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant of External Reporting to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of 10-K and 10-Q filings, footnotes, and other required disclosures. Support audits and reviews by external auditors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for reporting. Research and implement new accounting standards affecting external reporting. Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial statements and disclosures. Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on external reporting. Public accounting experience required.
