We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Therapist to provide therapeutic support to youth and their families through the Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) program. This role focuses on maintaining the placement of children in their homes, strengthening family relationships, and fostering long-term stability through intensive, family-centered therapy. Position Overview As an In-Home Therapist, you will: • Provide individual and family therapy within clients' homes and community settings • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward goals • Support youth and families in addressing mental health, family dynamics, parenting, and substance use challenges • Advocate for clients in crisis and coordinate care with service providers and community partners • Attend court hearings, team meetings, and staffing sessions as needed • Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and progress summaries in alignment with program standards • Safely transport clients when necessary Job Details Location: Based in Kenosha, WI, with local travel required (mileage reimbursement provided) Schedule: Flexible, primarily daytime hours between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; occasional evening hours may be required Caseload: 7-9 clients on average On-Call Rotation: Participation in an after-hours rotation once trained $1,500 Hiring Bonus Why Work with PSG • Make a direct impact by helping families remain together and thrive in their communities • Enjoy flexibility and autonomy in your schedule • Collaborate in a supportive, interdisciplinary team environment • Access ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Benefits Include: • Paid time off and company holidays • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Short-term disability insurance • 401(k) with profit sharing • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Pet insurance Qualifications • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy required • Eligible for state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure ( LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred) • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide culturally responsive care How to Apply Be part of a team that helps families grow stronger together.
