We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team in providing high-quality community living assistance to adults facing diverse challenges. This role focuses on fostering independence and supporting the well-being of residents in a supportive and structured environment. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal grooming, meal preparation, and medication management. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment for all residents. Monitor and document residents' progress towards their personal goals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance service quality. Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when necessary. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Crisis management skills Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance CPR and First Aid certification Certification in behavioral management techniques is a plus
