sales and customer service, while managing an entire process? Are
you looking for a position where you can both utilize your current
skills and build towards new ones? Wolter is seeking a motivated
and customer oriented Inside Sales Specialist in our Motive Power
division! This position can be based out of the branch in either De
Pere, WI or Sugar Grove, IL. If you excel in a fast paced, detail
orientated environment and love working with customers during the
sales process, then we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with enough customers across the
country to give us adequate sales outlets for used battery and
charger inventories. Negotiate deals with wholesale, reseller and
out of market customers to sell our inventory. Source used
equipment that we need and do not have in our inventory. Develop
relationships to purchase used batteries and charger to help feed
the refurbishment process. Negotiate deals to buy used equipment
for resale. Customer follow-up to ensure equipment is fulfilling
customer needs and establishing future customer equipment needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned. What You Bring to the
Table: Assocate or bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Sales or
Marketing Strong customer service experience and ability to problem
solve Sufficient years in material handling sales to demonstrate
ability to know and read the wholesale market. Management: ability
to organize and manage multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills Exceptional knowledge of industrial
powered equipment and our industry Strong computer proficiency
