Job Description:
As a Commercial Security Systems Account Executive at Johnson
Controls, you will be an integral part of our sales team, directly
contributing to the safety and security of businesses worldwide. In
this role, you will leverage Johnson Controls' leading-edge
security solutions to develop customer relationships and drive
sales performance. Your focus will be on promoting and selling our
customized security systems, which include surveillance, access
control, and intrusion detection technologies. You will work
closely with clients to identify their security needs, recommending
tailored solutions that align with Johnson Controls' commitment to
innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Identify,
develop, and expand relationships with new and existing clients
within the commercial sector. Understand customer needs and develop
tailored proposals that provide integrated security solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, effectively
communicating the value and innovation of Johnson Controls
products. Achieve sales targets and expand market presence through
effective strategic planning and customer outreach. Maintain a deep
knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving
security technologies to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with
technical and project management teams to ensure that proposed
solutions meet clients' specifications and expectations. Proven
ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. High proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand and propose complex
security solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the
ability to think strategically. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Sales Management (CSM)
preferred. Knowledge of security systems technology certifications
a plus.
