for the ongoing implementation and ongoing support of the bank's
overall risk management programs which includes Enterprise Risk
Management, Operational Risk Management, and Risk and Governance
Management Programs in compliance with applicable regulations and
bank practices. Coordinate and execute various Enterprise,
Operational, and Governance Risk Management programs and
activities, which may include: Risk Appetite Statements, Enterprise
Risk Monitoring, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Third-Party Risk
Management, Model Risk Management, Operational Loss Reporting, New
Product and Service Risk Assessment, facilitate Corporate Risk
Assessments, Corporate Policy, Charter and Procedure Management,
among other Risk Programs. Establish cross-functional partnerships
with various Business Lines to ensure strong communication and a
consistent application of Risk Management Program requirements.
Additionally, the incumbent will use a logical, risk-based thought
process and experience to perform independent analytics that will
assist management with risk identification, root cause analysis,
reporting and ongoing monitoring of overall risk profiles. Stay
up-to-date with regulatory guidance and bank initiatives to assist
with identifying efficiencies and enhancements to the Risk
Programs.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Due to

below.As a Third Party Risk Analyst, you will:
- Support implementation and ongoing execution of assigned Risk
Management and Governance Program(s) while adhering to related
Policy, Program and Procedural documentation for the Risk
Management and Governance Frameworks.
- Provide education and risk-based guidance to Business Line
partners for assigned Programs utilizing strong line of business
communication and collaboration.
- Support development and ongoing maintenance of departmental
risk and governance management tools; effectively utilize tools to
produce and distribute fully accurate key risk reporting and
consistently evaluate tools for enhancement.
- Provide risk-based support on various Business Line and/or
Company-wide initiatives as assigned.
- Remain current with Enterprise and Operational Risk regulatory
guidance and industry best practices via public domain,
industry-specific organizations, and internal contacts.
- Recognize process improvement opportunities and recommend and
support implementation of solutions.Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting,
Risk Management, or Compliance. RequiredExperience
- 2-4 years financial services or related industry with
responsibilities related to risk management or compliance programs
and practices; familiarity with regulatory requirements;
understanding of banking products and operations. Required
- 4-7 years financial services industry with exposure to
Enterprise or Operational Risk Management programs and practices;
understanding of enterprise risk, operational risk, related control
frameworks and practices, and regulatory requirements; solid
knowledge of banking products and operations. PreferredIn addition
