Maintenance Technician Nights Adell, WIOur client in Adell, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity, meaning youll be on our clients payroll from day one. Apply now for immediate consideration!Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay: $23.50 - $30.75 per hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differential: Additional $0.50 per hour for any hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
  • Schedule: Third shift - 9:00 p.m. 5:00 a.m.
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, including health, dental, paid time off, and more.Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and overseeing operational and utility-related systems within the facility. This role ensures all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment.
    • Monitor equipment pressures and flow rates.
    • Oversee boiler performance and maintain water and air quality.
    • Maintain PM logs and sanitation records.
    • Perform general facility maintenance, including sanitary and structural welding.
    • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
    • Identify and communicate potential issues to management.
    • Operate forklifts and skid steer loaders (certification required).
    • Work safely in confined spaces and at heights (CIP lines, agitators, air handling units, etc.).
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of chemicals and flammable materials used in production.
    • Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.
    • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS) protocols.
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
      • 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment preferred.
      • Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.Education Requirements:
        • High School Diploma or equivalent.Maintenance Technician Physical Demands:
          • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting or carrying of objects up to 30 pounds.
          • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and using hands.
          • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
          • Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.Working Environment:
            • Exposure to a manufacturing environment, including mechanical parts, vibration, noise, odor, dust, and discharge from the production process.
            • Requires frequent movement, climbing, and moderate physical exertion.Maintenance Technician Additional Responsibilities:
              • Maintain a strong commitment to plant and food safety practices.
              • Report any food safety concerns to management in a timely manner.
              • Stay informed about food safety metrics and SQF Code relevant to the role.
              • Participate in fostering a food safety and quality culture.
              • Provide backup support for other team members as needed.
              • Read and interpret safety, maintenance, and operational documents.
              • Document all process parameters and report deviations or food safety issues to a supervisor.
