We seek a Pharmacy Technician -to support all functions of the
Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through
dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical
duties while under the direct supervision of a registered
pharmacist.
Location: N171 W21840 Caymus Ct. Jackson, WI 53037
Hours: -Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays required
(approximately once per month). Will be working varying shifts of
7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm. When working Saturday, will be working 4
days Monday - Friday + Saturday (Saturday hours will be 8am -
4pm).
Primary Responsibilities:
Running a machine to package prescriptions
Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification
under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and
keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state
requirements
Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
Communicates with strong professional verbal and written
communication skills
Will be required to perform cycling duties including cycling meds,
toting and doctor refill requests
Other duties as assigned
This is a closed-door pharmacy, no face-to-face patient contact

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state
of Wisconsin OR the ability to obtain license within 60 days of
employment (must complete application prior to start date)
Access to reliable transportation -
Ability to work varying shifts of 7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm, Monday -
Friday with occasional Saturdays required (Saturday shifts will be
8am - 4pm)
Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
Preferred Qualifications:
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Previous pharmacy experience - - -
