*EAP Telehealth Only Provider Wisconsin Licensed*Empathia is currently looking for licensed mental health subcontractors to provide clinical assessment and brief counseling (employee assistance work) via phone, video, and chat at a rate of $55 per session. This network is in the building process with an anticipated completion by the end of the year.*Benefits of this type of opportunity:* You can self-refer into your practice after EAP sessions. We provide a user-friendly provider portal. Expect prompt reimbursement You could receive a high number of referrals. Clients and Empathia staff will schedule appointments through an Empathia online calendar where you'll post your availability. You will working with clients using an Empathia provided platform.*Requirements and Expectations: * Masters degree. Wisconsin State Licensure Computer and wired internet connection. Post weekly appointments on Empathias online calendar.
