You ll use and continually develop both your technical expertise and business acumen to maintain Johnsonville s innovative industry leadership.--Johnsonville, LLCIT M365 Platform Administrator--Position Overview:The IT M365 Platform Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, various Azure services, and the Power Platform and related services. The individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, security, and optimal performance of our M365 environment supporting the organization's digital productivity platform.--Responsibilities:Responsible and accountable for the administration of the M365 Platform including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Streams, and Planner, and O365 services including Azure AD Connect and InTuneProvision sites and accounts, and oversee management of the provisioning process, using any tools provided to facilitate the processExecute monthly audits on the Active Directory environment to reconcile usersStrategize, plan and execute tenant activities in support of M&A activitiesUtilize O365 Command online tool for querying Exchange environmentEvaluate effective license positions in the platform and provide opportunities for rationalizationCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other systems and applicationsCollaborate extensively with the security team to emphasize the safety and security of the Johnsonville s systems and contentSupport Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor AuthenticationProvide technical support, troubleshooting assistance and training to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications and servicesMonitor and analyze system performance, security and usage metrics to identify and resolve issues proactivelyImplement and enforce security policies, data protection measures, and compliance requirements across the Microsoft 365 platformAssign group & file level permissions in Active DirectoryPlan and execute migration projects from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 cloud servicesMonitor Microsoft's roadmap for M365 upgrades and ensures communication of relevant changesDocument processes, procedures and configurations related to Microsoft 365 administration--Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline desiredM365 certification, such as MS Teams Specialist, SPO Admin, and/or Development desiredExperience:Minimum 10 years of general IT-related experienceMinimum 2 years' experience with M365 Platform, managing MS OneDrive, MS Teams and MS SharePoint Online preferred--Skills:Working knowledge of administration within the M365 Platform and related servicesWorking understanding of Active Directory and DNS Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure Administration, and Microsoft 365 online groupsProvide best-practice advice and guidance related to email and related servicesFamiliarity with PowerShell ScriptingUnderstanding of Networking FundamentalsDemonstrate personal integrity, honesty, and the ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent configuration and procedural documentation skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills--Other:Willingness to work hours outside of normal hours as neededAbility to travel On-call rotation (7x24) with other team members--Location: Global Headquarters, Sheboygan Falls, WI (Flex/Hybrid Negotiable)Coach:
