LLCInternal Communications SpecialistPosition Overview:The Internal
Communications Specialist will serve within the Corporate
Communications team, delivering effective enterprise information
and positively impacting our culture, Member experience and overall
reputation. This role reports to the Global Corporate
Communications Director and is part of a dynamic, experienced and
passionate team. Based at Johnsonville s corporate headquarters in
Sheboygan Falls, the team thrives on being a strategic and
collaborative partner to cross-functional teams throughout the
organization. Communications is a valued strategic asset among our
family ownership, leadership team and global Members. This position
is a hybrid role.Areas of Responsibilities and What You ll
Do:Internal Communications
Write, edit and publish messaging and communications across the
enterprise that inform, inspire and deliver the desired impact
among stakeholders. Contribute to key communication channels
including: company intranet (The Grill), town halls, plant
meetings, digital sources, employer social media sites and more.
Organize and execute content calendar and creation. Collaborate
with corporate PR and marketing social media teams to learn about
external campaigns and promotions that could be used to create
relevant, engaging content for Johnsonville Members. Implement
tracking and reporting to measure against visibility, engagement
and organizational objectives.Change Communications Develop and
execute communications plans that support change-management
strategies for organizational initiatives. Collaborate with change
practitioners and key stakeholders to create communications for
various audiences that drive awareness, desire, knowledge, ability,
and reinforcement for targeted audiences. Develop and execute
communications using various communication methods and tools to
drive Member adoption and speed to adoption for organizational
initiatives. Monitor communications execution and effectiveness.
Seek feedback and work with change practitioners and key
stakeholders to continually improve communication methods and
tools.Education: Bachelor s degree in communications, public
relations, organizational communications preferred or equivalent
experience.Experience: Two to four years in communications
preferably with internal or employee communications
within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Skills and
Competencies: Sharp writing, editing, visual and verbal
communication skills, with ability to articulate details clearly
and concisely across various communications channels. Creative
thinker with both strategic communications and strong storytelling
skills. Results-driven professional who possesses a problem-solving
mindset and thrives on building strong connections with internal
audiences. Experience in creating communications plans aligned to
higher business strategies, culture and change-management
strategies, and HR-related programs (ex; recruitment, retention,
engagement).
High ability to understand target audiences for messaging, and how
to measure impact of communications for continuous improvement.
Confidence in creating reactive and proactive communications for
change-management efforts and crisis management. Demonstrated
ability to successfully interact with and influence
multi-functional teams across our global enterprise. Keen awareness
of cultural nuances, with ability to work in a global
environment.Location:

is about an hour north of Milwaukee and an hour south of Green
