This bilingual position is responsible for leading and coaching associates in a range of capacities with an emphasis on leadership and accountability.         Job Responsibilities
        
        • Coaching associates through in areas of growth and opportunity related to their duties and responsibilities
        • Translating when needed
        • Act as a primary point of contact with the client Masters Gallery Foods
        • Assisting associates during the check-in process prior to their shifts
        • Leading orientation for new associates
        • Managing disciplinary actions for associates
        • Following proper procedures related to safety and accidents ensuring incidents are properly documented and addressed
