This is where you'll do your part to make Johnsonville great, by keeping our machines, lines and facilities running. You and your maintenance teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical and controls systems. You'll also work closely with our engineers and production members to make important upgrades to our production machinery, as innovate and grow our business.Johnsonville, LLCMaintenance Inventory and Scheduling Specialist1st ShiftPosition Overview:Check out this opportunity to be part of the Maintenance and Operations Teams at Johnsonville. The Maintenance Inventory and Scheduling Specialist will not only be involved in maintaining current inventory, but it will allow you to apply your knowledge to helping Johnsonville become the "Best Company in the World."Responsibilities (Inventory) Reports to Plant Engineer:Inventory Management: Tracking inventory parts, watching for shortages and overstock, general parts room housekeeping, replacing faded or missing labels and organizing parts cabinetsCycle counting weeklyAnalyze parts failure dataParts kitting as neededWork with Accounting on packing list or invoice discrepancies and submissionsCoordinate parts return to vendors and fill out the proper documentationIdentify critical parts and slow moving or obsolete partsWork with Planner and MRO with changes made to stock parts (safety stock, vendor part numbers)Run inventory accuracy, inventory turns and scrapped parts reports for Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Planner and MROCreate BOM (Bill of Materials) for equipmentRun blocked invoices and verify that parts were received, and quantities match the POSet up new parts in inventory utilizing parts add formsResponsibilities (Maintenance Scheduler) Reports to Plant Engineer:Work with the Plant Engineer on performing PM OptimizationCreate Maintenance work schedules using Vizyia Scheduling Tool for the Maintenance Leads to execute the following week, which include Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, corrective work and resource requirements, and modify schedule depending on production demandsWork with the plant operations team to help approve, prioritize, and coordinate weekly schedule along with scheduling down time based on equipment needsSchedule for plant shutdowns and the necessary resources to execute shutdown workAssist with staging/kitting of parts and materials needed for scheduled work ordersWork directly with maintenance leads to ensure break in work is being utilized in VizyiaServe as the Vizyia scheduling tool subject matter expertSchedule outside services as requestedRun schedule compliance and plant maintenance completion reports and identify discrepanciesParticipate in Continuous Improvement and RCA/Problem Solving TeamsComplete all other duties as assignedEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:3 years prior related Maintenance experience required; GMP/USDA regulated area, preferredWorking knowledge of SAP/ Vizyia, preferredExcel, Word, Microsoft Outlook experience, preferredSkills and Competencies:Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient mannerAlways comply with GMP and safety rulesGood decision making and work prioritization skillsHighly motivated self-starter with the willingness to learnOther requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and to load/unload freight with forkliftDate: November 9, 2022Location: Lakeside, Sheboygan, WICoach: Plant Engineer (We don't have bosses at Johnsonville.
