Job DescriptionSalary: $15.69 - $16.38 per hour, plus $0.50 shift premiumSheboygan Paper Box Company has opportunities available for motivated individuals who are looking to learn a trade in the folding carton industry as a Machine Operator. On the job training will be given.Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED required.• Some experience in light manufacturing.• Machine operator/set up experience preferred but not required.• Mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.• Must have great people skills and ability to work in a team environment.• Must have good judgement along with strong self-motivation.• Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and in a fast paced manufacturing environment.• Forklift/rider dolly experience preferred but not required.• Willingness/good attitude to learn with excellent attendance.Who We Are:Sheboygan Paper Box Company, or SPBCo as we are commonly called, is a privately-held, family owned business founded in 1923.
