JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse (RN)
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse is
responsible for implementation and follow through of the nursing
process. This includes systematic data collection, assessment,
development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision
of plan. The Registered Nurse manages and supervises the care of
residents through a well defined care delivery system. He/She also
supervises other nursing personnel to assure quality outcome of
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current registration,
as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Wisconsin. Must have
successfully completed an approved School of Nursing. Must have
successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary
Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider. Must
possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when
directing the care of residents. Must be able to perform essential
functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per
guidelines of Wisconsin Department of Human Services.
RESPONSIBLE TO (SUPERVISOR): Nurse Manager,
Directors of Nursing
SUPERVISES (IF APPLICABLE): CNAs, all staff

WORKING HOURS: Dayshift 6am-230pm or PM Shift

RESPONSIBILITY: To Facilitate the Comprehensive
