JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB TITLE: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) is responsible for resident nursing care under the direction
of the Registered Nurse. The nursing care is based on the
comprehensive care planning process. The LPN provides leadership
for the nursing assistants and all staff when in charge of the
building. The LPN observes, documents and reports findings to the
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current registration,
as a Licensed Practical Nurse, in the State of Wisconsin. Must have
successfully completed an approved School of Nursing. Must possess
the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing
the care of residents. Must be able to perform essential functions
