Job Description Job Description Description: Production Team Member – 1st Shift CTech Manufacturing Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM (early Fridays!) Requirements: What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with basic math ability Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed High attention to detail and accuracy—quality matters here Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
