Job Description:
Machine Operator - 1st Shift Our client, a manufacturing
industry leader, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join
their team in Appleton, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be part
of the production department supporting the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving
skills, enjoy fixing and troubleshooting, and have a strong work
ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Machine Operator Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: $22.00 -
$25.00 per hour - depending on experience Shift: Monday – Friday
from 7:00am-4:30pm with flexibility for early or late hours a few
times a week What's the Job? Operate and monitor nailing machines
to ensure smooth production Perform light maintenance and
troubleshooting on machinery Sort pallet components and feed
acceptable materials into the machine Adjust machine settings
during runs to address any issues Build pallets according to
customer specifications and inspect for quality What's Needed? At
least 2 years of machine operating experience preferred Mechanical
inclination and ability to perform light maintenance Ability to
lift, push, and pull objects weighing 50 pounds or more Strong
attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work well with
others and follow safety procedures What's in it for me? Hourly
