Job Description:
Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney An established national law
firm, with a highly collaborative office in Milwaukee, is currently
seeking an M&A Attorney to join their corporate team,
full-time. The salary for this role will be market-competitive and
commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based
bonuses, and excellent benefits to match. This opportunity is for
someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and for those
that want to build their practice with the full support of a firm
behind them. Years of experience may vary from 3 to 20 . Lateral
partners are welcome to apply (portable business NOT required).
Portable client bases can be well supported within the firm. Skills
and Requirements: 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills Strong
academic background J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School Licensed
to practice in WI or ability to be admitted within six months of
employment Willingness to mentor associates within the firm
Top-market base salaries paid along with percentage on exceeding
billable hour targets, and originations. Compensation advertised
may be more or less based on experience level, and if applicable,
