What You'll Do: Lead and support two direct reports Manage
escalated inquiries from a shared benefits inbox Handle complex
questions around FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and their impact on
benefits Oversee the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Support the
benefits enrollment process for both annual and new hire cycles
What We're Looking For: 5 years of hands-on experience in employee
benefits Strong understanding of FMLA, Workers' Comp, and EAP Prior
experience working with a benefits vendor or as a Benefits Analyst
preferred You don't need prior management experience-just
confidence in your knowledge and a collaborative,
solutions-oriented mindset This is a high-impact role in a company
