manufacturer with over 50 years of stability and growth. They are

sharing RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Provide
comprehensive technical support for end-users, including hardware,
software, and mobile devices Manage and maintain workstation
environments, including setup and troubleshooting Handle IT
inventory management and procurement of supplies Coordinate new
user onboarding and deliver technical training Collaborate with
Network Admin and Application Development teams on projects Manage
ticket system and maintain knowledge bases PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR
THE IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST 1-3 years of desktop/end-user support
experience CompTIA A or similar certification is a plus Proficiency
in Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems Strong
troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENTS Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week No
