Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish) Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 Company Highlights: Our client is 100% employee-owned with a 6-year vesting schedule Strong internal promotion culture for those who take initiative Long-tenured workforce and stable, profitable business Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist: Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paycor Lead recruiting efforts across all levels - hourly through management Coach and guide supervisors and plant leadership on employee relations matters Develop and implement training and employee development programs Manage workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Partner with leadership to build and execute long-term HR strategies Help establish consistent HR practices as the new site continues to mature Ideal Candidate for the Bilingual Human Resources Generalist: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (required) Payroll processing experience (Paycor experience a plus) Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Why It's a Great Opportunity: Direct impact on the growth and culture of a newer operation Ownership mindset with real long-term rewards Strong internal support and clear advancement path Stable, growing business with committed leadership Salary: $55,000 TO $65,000 LI-AE4 ONSITE
