Human Resources Business Partner - Strategic Role in a Highly
Integrated Manufacturing Environment This is not a typical HRBP

support around 250 employees and act as a strategic business
partner to support departments like logistics, supply chain,
finance, and more. HR has a seat at the table, and you'll be part
of the conversations that shape the future of the business. Key
Areas of Focus: Serve as the go-to HR partner for several key
functional groups supporting manufacturing operations Lead
workforce planning strategies Develop and implement career pathing
programs and succession plans Identify and facilitate training
opportunities to grow skills at all levels Provide employee
relations support including coaching, disciplinary conversations,
and terminations Ideal Profile: 5 years of HR experience with a
strong focus on strategy, consulting, and business partnership
Exposure to manufacturing or similar operational environments
preferred, but not required Comfortable navigating union
environments This is a strategic, growth-focused HR role in a
