ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist , you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth operations for their 160-person team. You'll handle payroll and benefits administration while collaborating with both HR and Accounting on key initiatives. What You'll Do: Process payroll for approximately 200 employees. Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications Partner with HR and Accounting on cross-functional projects and department initiatives Serve as a go-to resource for payroll and benefits questions WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field (preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Great communication and a team-first attitude Eagerness to learn and grow with a company that supports your development INAPR2025
