Day to day as a Food & Beverage Manager As the Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Northwest Conference Center, you will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service. You'll manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budgetary controls, while also conducting regular training sessions for staff to enhance their service skills. Each day, you will analyze customer feedback and dining trends to develop menus that resonate with our guests, ensuring a high-quality culinary experience.
