Position Overview Keep our communities fed. As an Associate Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing both strategic and tactical support to both the business and the HR Business Partners. Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support to a small department of employees. This includes performance management, leadership coaching and training, employee engagement, employee relations, and progressive coaching. You will support, engage, and partner with the broader HR organization to support the execution of the strategy, including leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the Centers of Expertise (COE's) and Shared Services.   • Location: 2215 Union Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081 You will contribute by:
    • Implementing HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit.
    • Coaching and advising leaders on talent development and performance management
    • Participating in annual talent review process and partnering with leaders to develop individual development plans.
    • Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, driving key HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and salary reviews.
    • Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner, managing and resolving employee relations issues.
    • Partnering with management to drive employee engagement.
    • Prepare for and facilitate new hire orientation. Were searching for candidates with:
      • The knowledge in Human Resources related laws and regulations a plus
      • The ability to establish credibility and influence front line leaders.
      • The ability to focus both externally and internally.
      • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
      • The ability to work collaboratively across functions.
      • The ability to manage multiple projects.
      • The ability to perform data analytics and develop preliminary insights.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
      • Labor relations and union experience preferred.
      • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
      • The ability to work in an office/retail store/customer site/or other meeting location as per business needs.
      • A valid driver's license.
      • Willingness to travel 25% of the time. Environment:
