Beechwood Sales and Service -is hiring in our Merchandising Department. Beechwood works with a wide portfolio of beverages including craft breweries like 3 Sheeps, Central Waters, and Hinterland. -We currently have a Full-Time Store Merchandiser position for Sheboygan and surrounding areas. The Merchandising Associate is a hands-on, entry level role that will provide you valuable knowledge and experience in the beverage and distribution industry. Merchandisers are developed and mentored to become familiar with the various roles of sales & operations within our growing company. -We are looking for an energetic individual who wants to work hands on, has a strong work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team.
Essential -Job Functions:

• 
  
• Follow a specified route, close to your home, using your personal vehicle on a daily basis
  
• Build displays, breakdown and restock deliveries at retail accounts
  
• Ensure that all product is rotated and code policy is followed
  
• Stock shelves, end caps, and coolers with product to ensure proper cooler and shelf management
  
• Maintain good relationships with store management, associates, and customers
  
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members

      Critical Physical Demands:

      • Walking and climbing stairs
        
      • Two handed lifting, handling and carrying of cases from floor to overhead levels on a frequent basis.
        
      • Pushing and pulling a hand truck and/or cart loaded with up to 165 pounds on level and inclined surfaces on a frequent basis
        
      • Sustained squatting, kneeling, and/or bending while handling products
