Position Details:

• Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic with an Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of 300 patients
• Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
• Comprehensive benefits package, including robust base salary with performance bonuses and productivity incentives
• Signing Bonus available
• Up to $12,000 relocation assistance
