Requirements/n /n - Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in
Nursing or equivalent./n - Certifications Requirements: BLS, NIHSS
(preferred), State Nursing License./n - Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience./n - Other
Requirements: Ability to perform PIV starts, wound care, dressing
changes, manage drains, chest tubes, and stable trach patients;
knowledge of drips such as insulin and heparin; physical stamina
for night shifts; excellent communication skills; ability to float

Med/Surg nursing care to a diverse patient population during night
shifts, ensuring adherence to facility protocols and patient safety
standards./n - Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions,
including wound care, dressing changes, and management of drains,
chest tubes, and trachs./n - Administer and manage IV drips such as
insulin and heparin, ensuring proper titration and documentation./n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including CNA,
RT, hospitalist, and OT/PT/ST staff to deliver comprehensive

patient information, medication administration, and treatment
