Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, flexible - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2232.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Rehab /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour variable shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM /n• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract /n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required /n• Float to all inpatient units as needed /n• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back /n• Patient ratio: 1:4 to 1:6 during day shift, 1:8 during night shift /n• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility location /n• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS /n• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience (STAC) required /n• Medical surgical or rehab experience preferred /n• Epic charting experience preferred /n• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients /n• Work on 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit /n• Any scrub color permitted /n• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred /n• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive rehabilitation program specializing in inpatient recovery services.
