Registered Nurse (RN) | Rehab Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,210 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/14/2026 About the Position Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:30 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment. License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 13 WEEKS OF EPIC EXPERIENCE. Must have Med-Surg/inpatient rehabilitation experience. Description: This position is for a Rehabilitation Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation environment. The facility is a 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. The primary focus is on patients who have experienced strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, orthopedic injuries, and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services. The goal is to help patients achieve their highest level of recovery and facilitate a return home as soon as possible. The facility is accredited and provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Nurses will be required to assist with high-acuity care and collaborate with nursing assistants to ensure patient safety. Attendance is essential, and adherence to internal policies is required. A mandatory 30-minute break is enforced, as well as two 15-minute paid breaks during a 12-hour shift. Nurses are not permitted to stay beyond their scheduled shift unless authorized by a supervisor. Patient ratios are approximately 1:7. Equipment available includes mobility devices, vital machines, EKG machines, and computers for charting.
