Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate:
$72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine
Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to
fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm Patients per day: 10 Practice
Setting: Outpatient Scope: Occupational Medicine cases State
Licensure: Wisconsin State Medical License or Interstate Medical
Licensure Compact Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Facility
