Job Description Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity Full timeAppleton, WiA highly respected healthcare system in northeastern Wisconsin is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join its growing orthopedic team at a new, state-of-the-art Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center.This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-acuity environment that supports integrated care through a multidisciplinary model, all under one roof.Position Overview: Full-time role (1.0 FTE) Call schedule: 1 in 4 Weekly schedule includes 4 operating room days and 1 clinic day Patient volume: 20 patients/day in clinic 4 surgical cases/day Mix of responsibilities: 70-80% surgical, 20-30% clinic-based Practice located within a Level II Trauma Center Orthopedic Trauma fellowship required Practice Highlights: Located in a newly developed, cutting-edge Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center Comprehensive, integrated model combining: Orthopedic surgery Spine care Pain management Physical medicine & rehabilitation Therapy services Sports medicine Rheumatology Interdisciplinary team approach focused on coordinated, patient-centered care Built-in referral base with on-site access to advanced imaging and therapy services Designed to enhance communication and treatment planning between surgeons, therapists, and other specialists Ideal Candidate Profile: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Comfortable working in a high-volume surgical setting Committed to providing exceptional, team-based patient care Willing to collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines
