Job Description Family Medicine Physician - Located in Peshtigo, WI - Green Bay 45m - Full-time, permanent position - Employed - J1 Visa SponsorshipPosition Overview Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established practice with an existing patient panel in Peshtigo, WI. Enjoy practicing in a small-town community while benefiting from the resources of a large healthcare system. Practice Details Full-time: 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments (4-day workweek minimum) Large call group with phone call only (1:30) No hospital requirements No weekends or holidays, except for on-call weekends Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay Compensation & Benefits 2-year compensation guarantee with potential for: - Production bonus - Quality bonus - Value-based bonus Time off: - 160 hours per fiscal year - Increases to 264 hours after compensation guarantee expires CME stipend: $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of CME time off Up to $12,000 in relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits: - Health, vision, and dental insurance - Short- and long-term disability - Life insurance - Retirement plans (401k and 457b) - Professional liability insurance provided by Bellin Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Graduate of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency program within the last five years Ability to meet all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
