Discover rewarding healthcare opportunities in Rhinelander and join a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care./n /n/nICU RN Job Details/n /n - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nursing contract)/n - Location: Rhinelander, WI 54501 – Northern Wisconsin healthcare jobs/n - Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Unit/n - Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100 - $2250/n - Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every other weekend and every other holiday/n - Floating: May float to similar units and nearby Aspirus healthcare facilities within a 40-mile radius/n - On Call: On-call pay available during low census hours/n - Start Date: October 6, 2025/n - End Date: January 3, 2026/n /n/nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active Wisconsin RN license (Registered Nurse)/n - Current AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications/n - Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing required/n - Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience/n - Critical access or rural hospital experience highly preferred/n - Experience caring for pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases) a plus/n - Willingness to float to similar units and nearby healthcare facilities as needed/n /n/nICU RN Responsibilities/n /n - Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult and occasional pediatric patients/n - Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in the ICU/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes/n - Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records (no prior EPIC experience required)/n - Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled/n - Float to similar units and nearby Aspirus healthcare facilities as needed/n - Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and best practices/n /n/n /n Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
