Palm Health covers your mal practice insurance, paid housing, rental car and mileage!Duration of contract ongoing at least 2 weeks per month but varies! This is a full continuum of care position with OR/ICU responsibilities. Number of shifts needed per month? Two Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun per month(Specific requests listed below) Daily schedule?Weekday/8hr shift,Saturday/ 4hr rounding Is call required/part of schedule? Night and/or weekend?On call on weekdays and through weekend- Low call intensity Case mix (cardiac, vascular, lung/chest, trauma?)75% Cardiac, Lung/chest 20%,Minimal Vascular and Trauma Priority Dates June 18th 7am- June 23rd 7am July 3rd 7am - July 14th 7am July 23rd 7am - July 28th 7am October 30th 7am - November 3rd 7am November 26th - December 1st 7am Less Priority Coverage Requests: August 9th 7am - August 11th 7am One weekend in September December 5th 7am - December 8th 7am Procedure List: ABLATION ATRIAL/MAZE PROCEDURE BRONCHOSCOPY (RIGID/FLEXIBLE) BYPASS GRAFT CORONARY ARTERY (CABG) BYPASS GRAFT FEMORAL-FEMORAL CREATION PERICARDIAL WINDOW DEBRIDEMENT STERNAL EXCISION MASS OR TUMOR CHEST EXCISION/RESECTION MASS OR TUMOR MEDIASTINAL EXPLORATION STERNAL MEDIASTINOSCOPY REPAIR ASCENDING AORTA WITH GRAFT REPAIR ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT REPLACEMENT / REPAIR MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT / REPAIR TRICUSPID VALVE REPLACEMENT AORTIC ROOT WITH GRAFT REPLACEMENT AORTIC VALVE ROBOTIC ASSISTED EXCISION MASS OR TUMOR ROBOTIC ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY WITH LOBECTOMY ROBOTIC ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY/WEDGE RESECTION THORACOSCOPY (VATS) THORACOTOMY
