Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/18/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Position: RN Home Health Location: Milwaukee, WI 53215 Start date: 02/18/2026 Duration: Full-time, Permanent Shift: - 40 hours / week guaranteed - Day 5x8-Hour - Mon-Fri Pay Rate: $45 per hour Relocation Bonus available Job Description: - Seeking 2 full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) for a permanent Home Health position in Milwaukee, WI. - The Home Health RN provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on assessment, treatment, education, and care coordination. - This role requires independent clinical judgment while collaborating with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to promote patient safety, recovery, and independence.
