Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560.00 Opportunity: RN - Home Health Job Details: • Work 8-hour day shifts, roughly 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility based on census • Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 13-week contract • Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation required • Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back • Travel 25-60 miles per day depending on territory and patient census • See 20-25 patients with average of 4.5 visits per day • Required certifications: AHA BLS, Active Wisconsin or Compact license, Valid Driver's license • OASIS certification preferred • Minimum 2 years home health experience and prior travel experience required • Potential to float to Medford, Antigo, or Wisconsin Rapids as needed • OASIS charting required, Epic preferred • Perform OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, doctor calls and coordination of care • Maintain clinical competencies in wound care, IV, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management • Complete documentation in EMR in timely manner • Dress code requires navy blue scrubs • Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination Facility: This home health organization provides comprehensive healthcare services directly to patients in their homes throughout the region.
