Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)- Travel or Local Contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sheboygan, WI. Industry-leading Rates and First-Day Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits package. /n $2000-$2100 Net weekly take home! /n The facility is quality of care driven and believes in providing its patients and clinicians with the ideal working environment. Productivity standards are 80-85%. 1:1 patient care for all Medicare patients.
