Advocate Health is seeking a dynamic otolaryngologist to join our physician-led medical group and serve patients at our facilities in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Full-time otolaryngologist; The 113-bed Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan was built just a few years ago and the 10-bed hospital in Fond du Lac opened in 2024 adjacent to the clinic and surgery center The Sheboygan team consists of two experienced partners; You will spend approximately 2.5 days a week in each location; Sheboygan coverage includes our clinic in Plymouth Skilled support staff with Advanced Practice Professionals, MA and office staff; audiology services are available in both locations Enjoy an outstanding referral base from within the clinics and surrounding communities The system Otolaryngology Division is comprised of physicians sub-specialized in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine and are always ready to provide support EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients Sign-on bonus eligible Health and welfare benefits such as health, dental, vision, life and Short- and Long-Term Disability ~401(k) plan with up to 3% employer match, in addition to a 3% company contribution for a total employer contribution of up to 6% and other financial wellness programs ~ Flexible spending accounts for eligible health care and dependent care expenses ~ Family benefits such as parental leave, adoption assistance and surrogacy assistance ~ Paid medical liability insurance ~ Relocation assistance up to $12,000 The city of Sheboygan is located between Lake Michigan and the northern unit of Kettle Moraine State Forest and offers an abundance of outdoor activities for you and your family.
