Type: Staff Work Schedule: /n 100%, day/evening/night. Sunday -
Saturday working 10 - 12 hour shifts between 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a.
Rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at University
Hospital and Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI. /n Be part of

play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality,
cost-effective care to patients. /n We are seeking a Nurse
Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to: /n /n - Work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide
comprehensive care to critically ill medical patients in an
intensive care unit setting. /n - Conduct comprehensive or episodic
health history and physical assessment of patients/families with
acute, chronic and/or potential health problems. /n /n At UW

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. /n
If Physician Assistant: /n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from
accredited PA Program. /n Licenses and Certifications: /n Minimum -
/n If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of
Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Family,
Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care. /n If Physician
Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA
board certification. /n All Nurse Practitioner and Physician
Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to
apply for such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification
and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice
