Must be comfortable with insulin and amiodarone drips. /nCharting Experience: EPIC within the last year REQUIRED /nHard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates /nUnit Overview: 18 Bed Critical Access Facility (Rarely more than 15 beds are full) – Lower patient acuity (primarily medical patient population; No Respiratory support on NOC shift); No ICU in the Facility /nCurrent Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 /nScrub Colors: Scrubs of any sort/n/nUNIT EXPECTATION - Traveler must sign out phone immediately when clocking in for shift (ThedaCare uses on site IPHONES to communicate on the unit/patient safety/bed alarms/etc.) /n/nNo new travelers - at least one completed REQUIRED/n/nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
