Work Schedule: /n 100%, day shift. You will work at University
Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI. /n Be part of
something remarkable /n As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll
play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by
providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. /n We are
seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: /n /n -
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to
provide comprehensive care to cancer patients in active treatment
or active surveillance, in a primarily outpatient setting. /n -
Provide follow up and urgent appointments at University Hospital
and Eastpark Medical Center. /n - Perform routine clinical
activities independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope
of practice including, but not limited to, the following: clearance
assessment for cancer treatment; symptom assessment, evaluation,
and management; assessing cancer patients on clinical trials; as
well as obtain chemotherapy signing privileges. /n /n At UW Health,

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. /n
If Physician Assistant: /n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from
accredited PA Program. /n Licenses and Certifications: /n Minimum -
/n If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of
Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Family,
Pediatric Acute Care, or Pediatric Primary Care. /n If Physician
Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA
board certification. /n All Nurse Practitioner and Physician
Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to
apply for such license prior to or upon hire AND CPR certification
and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice
