Work Schedule: /n 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You
will work at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI. /n Be part of
something remarkable. /n As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll
play an integral role in our ambulatory teams by providing
high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. /n We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: /n Who Has: /n /n -
Strong passion for Endocrinology /n - Clinical rotations or past
work experience in Endocrinology /n /n You will also: /n /n -
Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid
disorders, osteoporosis and/or general endocrine disorders. /n -
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to
provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an
outpatient setting /n - Participate in the daily functions of the
Diabetes Management Service. /n - Conduct comprehensive or episodic
health history and physical assessment of patients/families with
acute, chronic and/or potential health problems. /n /n/n
Qualifications/n/n/n /n /n - Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree
from accredited PA Program Required /n /n /n /n /n /n /n Licenses &
Certifications/n /n /n /n - Active PA license, including
prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice Upon Hire Required
and /n - Active PA board certification Upon Hire Required /n -
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or
